Your new role 

You will join Data, Systems & Analytics team in Integrated Supply Chain (Global Planning) unit, and you will cooperate with colleagues and stake-holders all over the world.   

You will play an important role in supporting the development and deployment of data management, reporting, and analytical instruments, as well as cooperate with business and technical department representatives. Your expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and application development will be utilised to extend access to data and analytics, providing a significant business advantage.

• Supporting development (applications and reporting structure - supply chain management platforms) based on requirements coming from the analytical management team
• Supporting application development (Web-Based and Desktop Based) together with development partners
• Gathering business and system requirements for the global supply chain application database for an integrated supply chain globally
• Assisting the Program Manager and the development team members in planning each release
• Ensuring that the organisation39s release controls are documented and well understood by development teams and Program Support Teams
• Ensuring that a detailed deployment plan has been documented along with a backout plan should anything go wrong during deployment
• Coordinating with the deployment team to ensure that communications to all stakeholders have been properly prepared and reviewed
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues that arise from global reporting and identifying data implications & risks
• Resolving assigned Help-Desk tickets, requests, bugs, and actions with a sense of urgency and priority

What you39ll need to succeed 

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in application development focusing on reporting and analytics (extra points for supply chain domain)
• Proficiency in using Tableau, Power BI, or similar systems, with a proven track record of successful implementation
• Experience with programming languages (at least one of the following) such as C#, Python, or R 
• Excellent data reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct root-cause analyses
• Good application of data risk management practices and attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent proficiency in the English language (B2 at least), both written and verbal
• Understanding of supply chain-oriented measures and systems, including inventory, demand, production planning, distribution planning, ERP systems, and planning techniques
